Standard Delivery:

  • Allow 3-5 business days for NSW
  • Allow 4-7 business days for other states
  • Charged at $15 flat rate / FREE for all suit orders and orders over $200

Express Delivery:

  • Allow 2-3 business days for NSW
  • Allow 2-4 business days for other states
  • Charged at $25 flat rate / $10 for all suit orders and orders over $200

To keep deliveries fast, simple & contact‑free, all parcels are delivered without a signature. 

  • If you're not home, Australia Post will leave your order in a safe, secure location at the delivery address.
  • If no safe place can be identified, a notification card will be left at the delivery address advising that the parcel can be collected from a nearby Post Office.
  • If you deliver to your work, you must include your company name in the delivery address. Otherwise Australia Post will not be able to deliver.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your address is correct. We cannot reship or refund orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
